Throughout my career I have enjoyed the opportunities afforded to me in updating the user experiences for a range of companies. I have helped lead redesign efforts, strategy, research, mentoring, and project planning for UX.
I currently work at Freddie Mac and I am responsible for advancing cohesive design across digital experiences, with work ranging from a focus on user centered design and strategy. I am continually working on data-driven, best-in-class product design. Partnering closely with designers and cross-functional team members, I have managed multiple efforts related to enabling digital evolution and experience across various brands, products, and experiences.
I value creating and executing end-to-end digital experiences to drive business KPIs. I consider myself highly empathetic, collaborative and organized with meticulous attention to detail in creating end-to-end digital experiences to drive business needs.
Recently my UX team at Freddie Mac has been through a reorg and I am responsible for leading UX across the enterprise under the corporate division. We have recently migrated the Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) website from Crownpeak CMS. And the digital team is currently in the process of migrating the Single-Family website into Drupal.
I previously held a position as a Lead UX/UI Designer for Booz Allen Hamilton's Strategic Innovations Group where I took on the redesign of the Securities and Exchange Commission's website (SEC.gov). I have also been integral in helping Booz Allen Hamilton win a large contract that will span across 11 years to restructure and redesign Recreation.gov.
Prior to Booz Allen, I worked for a start-up software company as a lead UX Designer to drive the design and development of a SAAS tool used by high school and college students to guide their STEM education. And before that experience, I worked at AOL as an Interactive Visual Designer updating and enhancing AOL websites that included Dailyfinance.com, AOL Jobs and AOL Real Estate.
